Silver & Gold Hosting Plans -

• Email Only Support:
  • Silver = 2 Business Day (48 hour) E-Mail Response
  • Gold = 24 Hour E-Mail Response
• Phone Support at $35 per call

Platinum Hosting Plan -

• Includes Phone Support (3 calls per month) approximately a two-hour Response Window
• Includes 4 hour E-Mail Response
• Additional Phone Support calls over 3 in one month are $20

Add On Service and Support Package -

Upgrade your Silver or Gold Hosting package Support Plan to SilverPlus and GoldPlus for an additional $10 per month:

Both upgrades include:
